Cancellation

Flights :

Cancellation is according to the cancellation policy of each individual flight described in our website while booking. Booking can be completely Non -Refundable / Non Cancelable. It is advised to see the cancellation policy of flights before booking.

Hotels :

Cancellation is according to the cancellation policy of each individual Hotels. Booking can be completely Non -Refundable / Non Cancelable under some circumstances. It is advised to see the cancellation policy of Hotels before booking.

Cabs :

1) If a traveler cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 10% of the total trip cost will be deducted.

2) If a traveler cancels within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund.

3) The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.

4) The amount will be refunded approximately within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after going through the steps as in cancellation & refund policy,please follow this:

First check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
